As a clinical psychologist, confidentiality is not just a legal requirement but a core principle of my practice. This policy explains how information shared through this website is handled.

Information Collected

When you request a session through the booking calendar, you provide:

• Your name and email address
• Your chosen appointment date, time and timezone

Booking details are processed by Cal.com and used to arrange and manage your appointment. Confirmed appointments are added to the practice Google Calendar, and appointment emails are sent to you. Please do not include medical history or sensitive clinical information in the booking form. Email links open your own email provider.

Clinical Confidentiality

All information shared during therapy sessions is strictly confidential and governed by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Code of Ethics and applicable Indian laws. Information shared in sessions is never disclosed without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Vercel and embeds Cal.com for appointment scheduling. Google Calendar and Google Meet support confirmed appointments and online sessions. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, and UPI payments are handled by your chosen payment app. This website does not verify or store your payment credentials.
